Isn't it funny what people think the "P" on their automatics is capable 
of? Gee, lets ask a little steel pin to hold a 2 ton vehicle on a 10% 
incline.

Some idiot with a mini-van did just that. Unfortunately she found out it 
broke her park pin when the damn thing rolled into my Audi. Fortunately 
for her, it did no damage.

When I drive an automatic, I'll just throw it in Park if I'm on a level 
surface, but any time I'm on an incline I also engage the parking brake.
