I would also try Best Buy, that is if they have stores in your area. My 
sister wanted a CD player in her Jeep Grand Cherokee and we went to Best 
Buy to see what they had. She picked out a CD player and they also had 
the wiring adaptor AND a face plate adaptor.

Then again, since it's Audi and not some cheapo American vehicle they 
might not have the adaptor, but it wouldn't hurt to check it out.
