Cold start valve (MAC-12D)

MB and 1B are nearly the same, except for the intercooler that's different 
due to the impossibility to fit it behind the front grill on the Urq, the 
MC-1 has 7.8:1 CR compared to 8.4:1 on the MB/1B. All 3 have only 1 knock 
sensor IIRC. Boost is lower on the MC (about 1.4 Bar absolute IIRC and 
1.7-1.8 on the MB/1B, IIRC again) and that's about it...
