Yup that is it.  All hoses I can see look great.  With the grime I 
scaped off the transmission when I had the motor out there is a good 
chance the actuators are gunked up also.  Is it possible my new forced 
induction toasted my vacuum check valve?  As I remember I put the one 
from the turbo motor inline in front of the old one.  Maybe I need to 
ditch them both and get one new one.

Wait.  Maybe this is an excuse to get a hand vacuum pump to test it!
