'87 5ktq ISV hoses

Time to clean the ISV. I'm also going to replace the 2 hoses to which it's 
connected. Anyone know off the top of your head what the type & size of 
hoses those are? Are they specific part #s, or can I buy a length of it at 
my FLAPS?
