Actually, that would be www.audiclubna.org for the Audi Club of North 
America.  www.neqclub.org is for the northeast region only :-)

As other listers have noted- be careful.  You get yourself into 
trouble twice as fast with quattro, and all the traction control in 
the world won't -create- traction.
