weak spark on 10v turbo (still not fixed)

Ok,
Now I'm really getting frustrated. I put in a known good
coil. I STILL get a weak spark at the plugs. Whats up. I can
possibly have 5-bad plugs. (they are all brand new, maybe 100
miles) So, what could be causing this. Again, even if I hook
up my rover to the Jumper Post and Engine block to boost
current/voltage a bit to a consistant 12v its still a problem.
Also, when cranking the spark seems to be somewhat
intermittent, and occasionally I'll get one good strong spark
when I release the key. Wierd.
Thanks
Todd
