[urq] 80tq: Blown Engine > Dropped Valve

Same happened to one of our guys up here... not a pretty site..
Before than I have never heard of Audi I5 exhaust valves snapping like
that...

Time to go with custom SS units... and might as well go with solid lifters
at same time... ;)
