Michael,

The UrS4/S6's are great cars and a well maintained hi-miler can give a lot
more pleasurable miles.  I bought mine long distance after seeing it on
e-bay and would offer the following suggestion.  I am assuming you are not
located near the car.  Arrange for a thorough mechanical examination and
evaluation.  Anderson Motorsports is near the seller and is a nationally
known Audi shop (no affiliation).  Local listers might also be a resource (I
am on the northern side of the Twin City metroplex but there might be others
nearer the seller).
