90Q questions

Now that I'm trying to catch up with my wife's 1993 90Q, I have these
questions for the list:

1) the windshield washer pump is shot. I have a replacement pump, but the
challenge is getting to it. I know it's mounted on the side of the reservoir
inside the driver's side fender - question is how to reach that reservoir.
Should I pull the fender liner to get to it, or is there some other way to
reach that pump?

2) The temp display on the left side of the center climate control panel
lights up nicely, but the fan speed adjustment and air control indicators in
the right side of the climate control panel don't light up at all.  Am I
correct in thinking they are LEDs and should be lit? Or is there a bulb
behind the display that can be replaced?  I'm thinking I may have to lo0 for
a replacement panel to get one that can be read at night.

3) The outside temperature display at the bottom of the dash instrument
panel has no illumination and therefore can't be read at night.  It may be a
simple LCD and may therefore not be intended to be visible at night, but I
can't tell.  Is this the correct configuration, or should there be some
illumination on the dash exterior temp display?
