Actually, I'm here.

We had some power issues that shut the shop and our commo down for two
months, then *connectivity issues with BellSouth that we just found a
temporary fix for to get around them.  I got your message from the 1st.  I'm
sorry that I didn't reply sooner.

The production masters molds are in the oven quite literally this morning,
and I should have masters ready for making the production molds by Friday.
We've just about caught up every client whose order was held up by the power
issues, and I will get your lenses to you as quickly as possible.

I'm sorry for the delay, Steve.  I'll throw in a set of black dummy lenses
to help make up for the wait.

*It took BellSouth three months to finally admit that they'd blocked Port 25
(SMTP), and were blocking my attempts to send email using my own domains.
This is _after_ they'd spent those three months blaming everyone else and
lying to me about the Port 25 thing.  It took my hosting provider to show me
how to prove that BellSouth was the culprit.
