Ha, yeah it would be, but we tend to get some kids to lure them off to the other side with some tasty bread. Plus the BBs are only fired with 140psi of C02 pressure so they are just barely strong enough to break through the boats skin. A direct hit to a person from as little as 2ft away only yeilds a good sting and a small red mark, I've never seen even the closest accidental hits break the skin, so I don't think our aquatic friends would be happy, but it's unlikely they'd get injured. Even though the shots are weak safety is a priority. All captains are insured through the club, safety gogles are mandatory at all times (even when the boats are in the pits recharging the batteries and whatnot), and nobody is permitted within 15ft of the waters edge except participating captains.
