One can often trace back up the carpet and follow the "wet" to figure 
out which direction a leak is coming from.  In my case it was easy, I 
could even see the water drips on the lower edge of the door.

The windshield seal is another potential culprit, especially if it was 
replaced with less care than appropriate at some point.  The PO of my 
90Q lost an ignition computer to such a leak.
