I'd just get a 2.25" Mandrel bend and make yourself a
pipe that is connected with standard silicon fittings.

Also, I don't have a ton of Nitrous experience, but
how are you planning on getting the extra fuel into
the engine with the dry system? You might want to
think about going with a wet system so you don't melt
your motor.
