Well, that's wasn't the final design, in the end I did
just what you said and also made the tubes come
together in firing order.

For the flanges, see my website, the drawings are on
there, you just need to have them cut, I can't have it
done anymore.  As far as the # of bends, I can't say
for sure, you can probably get a good count from the
pictures
