MAC-11B vs MAC-11C

I had a good number of discussions with Scott Mockrey on this. The 11B
is the 86 code, 11C is the 87 up. The 11B is a bit more aggressive for
the timing and is actually a tad quicker. I test both qlcc versions when
they first became readily available. You can put an 11B chip in a 11C
box too. We put a chip socket in my 87 and had fun swapping and testing...
