No heat

Have you checked the thermostat?

A bad water pump would likely cause other symptoms as well.

Also, you could still have a plugged heater core. You only need a few 
passages open to get pretty good flow, but it won't heat worth a darn. 
Did you get any rust out when you flushed it?
