'95 A6Q- Oil Temp & Engine Temp Gauges Broken

Well, I guess I have more on my list of "to do's" than
fix the stereo on this car. Neither the oil temp gauge
or the engine temp gauge are registering. Also, after
driving for 20 minutes the temp warning light comes
on. Any ideas where to start?
