Cannot remove O2 sensor

Jubilee was a particular type of worm-drive hose clip manufactured back in
the days when we had something other than 'service' industry in this
country.
Worm-drive hose clips of the same style are still advertised as 'Jubilee'
clips but I suspect that this is being used as a generic term.
