Hmmm, tracer dye in green gold?

Cody,
Another problem I have had is leaks in the hydraulic system that only vent
under high pressure. Since you normally only rev the car to redline while
driving, they leak only while you are moving and the holes are so small
that they can produce a fine mist that blows away. To track these down,
have someone rev the engine while you follow around the hydraulic lines
with a flashlight looking for a fine mist.
Depending where the leak is, it may also be leaving behind a thin coat of
pentosin around the leak. Try cleaning off everything with brake cleaner,
take it for a hard drive, then check for new wet spots.
One of my leaks was a rust hole in the metal line from the bomb to the
brake booster. The other was a crack on the banjo fitting that goes from
the pump to the bomb. The banjo would only leak near redline and never
left a spot in the driveway.
