Could have been done with a slightly higher budget.  Like, actually 
using a red car in the scenes with the dog to match the car-go-zoom 
scenes.  Or not using the most obvious sound stage in the world(would 
it have killed them to rent an old airstrip for a few hours?).  Cute 
concept, bad director, low budget.  C.
