It's really quite simple:
Left-hand traffic = You drive on the left side of the road
Right-hand traffic = You drive on the right side of the road
Left-hand drive = The driver sits on the left
Right-hand drive = The driver sits on the right
Left-hand drive cars are used in right-hand traffic, and right-hand
drive cars are used in left-hand traffic :)
(My Euro version of) the family album lists differring parts for LHD or
RHD, ie. left- or right-hand drive. You've got right-hand traffic in the
U.S. so you need parts that have "LHD" in the remarks column.

Left: 895 853 667 E
Middle: 895 853 683 B
Right: 895 853 668 A
Color code 01C for satin black.
The FA (again, my edition) doesn't list the part numbers for the grilles
under the actual S2 page (CQ), but they can be found under the B4 80
quattro pages, as S2 Sedan, S2 Avant and 80 Competition quattro also
have the S2 Coupe front bumper. The grilles are hopefully also the same.
