Really? If the coil is arching like that than your
right the problem should be after it somewhere. Hmm,
maybe try hooking the plug and its wire strait to the
coil and see if you get good spark? That would show
that the cap or rotor is bad, if it's still weak, I'd
do the same thing with different plugs and wires till
you get a good spark.
