1994 Cabriolet front bumper valance source?

Hi guys!

Some of you might remember my posts about my attempt to help maintain this girl's 94 Cabriolet. As a single mother she really should own a 4K or a 5K. Knowing that this car would be a bit too much for her I decided to help her minimize the expenses of ownership.

An impromptu frontal impact test with a standing motorcycle resulted in the 
permanent deformation of the frontal valance and a pinhole in the oil pan.

Now, I was wondering if you guys could maybe help me find a source for a (cheap)used valance for her car. I think that the part is interchangeable with the model 80s and 90s from 93 - 95(?).

Also, the oil pan was only slightly bent which created the mentioned pinhole.
Can I use some J.B. Weld to plug that hole?

Please, let me know. I am trying to save Christmas for her. Thanks!

BTW, my 87 1/2 Coupe GT runs like a dream ..., ooh I almost forgot 
I bought an 87 4KQ AND 88 5KTQ for under 1K$.

- CAN YOU SAY "TUUUAAABOO" CONVERSION? 
(--eeehh... anybody have garage in the Detroit area I can use for the conversion?)
