I use them regularly at work.  Their three thousand odd page catalog 
lives on my desk.  For somethings there are cheaper sources, but they 
are super easy to deal with.  The web site is really good.  As a company 
you don't even need a credit card.  I think if you have a pulse you have 
credit.

About my only complaint is on hardware for my home use.  Usually I don't 
want 100 bolts even if it is cheaper than 5 bolts at [Insert your local 
home/hardware superstore here].

I even bought my turbo plumbing connection hose from them.  I think it 
was $20 for 3ft of 2.5 inch diameter.  Of course I still have most of it 
left.
