I assume you meant normal size of 205/60-15.

Your ideal snow would be a 195/65-15. The two 15's you have availible
are either too large in diameter (the 205/65) or too small, and possibly
under load rated (the 185/60), and the 205/55-16 would make a more
ideal summer tire size. The big thing for snows, if you are mostly
concerned
about control and getting places, is to go as narrow as possible, hence
the 
195/65-15, while maintaining proper rolling diameter and load ratings.
