Well mike it seems to me that you think that i am way over my head.  Thats 
fine, i probally am, but i have already purchased a good engine.  Ive always 
wanted to do something like this and I finally have a solid car to do it too.  Im 
in no hurry to get it done, just want it done right. I also have a garage 
with a hydrolic jack to do it in, a good audi mechanic and two buddys that love 
audi's just as much as me, and thats what it is all about.  Thanks for all the 
good info guys.  I appriciate all comments good or bad.  peace
