I had some installed on the bottom of the bumper. There is a good spot where airflow isn't obstructed and not in the way of anything else. I found removing the bumper made installation a lot easier. They worked as well as the Eurolights I have on my 20V at far less cost.

[Getting some used and hopefully functional Hella auxillary headlights for my
'87 5ktq. Cuz I can't afford euros, that's why.
Anyway, where have y'all placed your aux/fog/driving lights on type44's? The
only really decent place I can see is on top of the bumper. If so, will
this block the grill too much for cooling? (seems that the radiator is off
towards the left anyway) Also, can they be switched to the "city" or parking
lights? This would give the option of aux lights only, or aux w/hi-beams
when necessary.
Any BTDT's appreciated.
