4kq Differential Operation and warnings?????

Hi,

I just completed the R&R on the center support bearing in my 85 4kq.  Now 
that I can use the locking differentials in my first Q I wanted to make sure that 
I don't screw anything up.

I don't have the owners manual so if someone would be willing to scan and 
e-mail the pages on differential operation or if there are some real simple rules 
that would be great...  Things like don't lock the diffs at 90mph!  etc...
