I find that liberal use of silicone goo (not glue, the electrical 
contact sealer stuff) helps a huge amount with this - not just on the 
electrical connections, but on their rubber boots (if any), and also on 
places where two parts meet, like where the contraption on the back of 
the light where the H4/H1 mounting gizmo goes.

Dual round lights on the coupe for about 6 years and euros on the 90q 
for 2, no condensation or corrosion problems yet.  Yet...
