It sounds normal to me - as long as that 130 C is under conditions you
could call "pushing it a bit." Like extended runs over 4k rpms.
As you can see, the oil also does not get hot enough "around town" to
properly expel any water condensed in it, so take it out and cook it if
you haven't heated it enough recently. As if you needed an excuse...
