The part about the missing UPS uniforms may be Urban Legend. But I have 
certainly waited in "x-ray" lines in Federal buildings and watched UPS guys waived 
through with a hand truck full of uninspected packages. At those times I have 
thought that if I were a "non-nation-state fighter with a religious purpose" 
(Thank you, U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D., Toledo) for that one), I would dress up 
as a UPS guy.
