I guess the first I would ask, is which are they going to be?
Fog lights should sit low and spread light wide, and run with the low
beams only (if you can use your high beams, you don't need fog lights).
Driving lights can sit high, have a long beam, and should *only* be used
in conjunction with high beams (so you can turn them off easily when
traffic approaches).
Using them to fill in for inadequate low beams risks being one of those
folks who get flashed a lot, unless you can set them up very considerately.
