No Spark after rebuild?

I have no spark!
Well I spent about 4 hours in the shop on Christmas Day getting loose ends
tied up on my project 5KTQ, and managed to get to a point where I was
ready to try starting it, only to find I have no spark!
I checked the voltages going to the coil and all seems good, I get no
error codes from the ECU, I checked resistances on the 2 flywheel sensors
and they are good.
I have not yet chedcked the distributor hall sensor.
The whole front of the car has been stripped out and I am pretty sure I
have everything back where it should be, apart from I have removed all teh
AC junk, and have not yet re-installed the front member and headlights, so
there are a few non connected wires at present.
Is there anything simple that could be causing no spark that I am unaware
of (I changed out the flywheel for an MC2, so nervous about triggers from
there. Outside of that maybe I dont have some earths connected somewhere.
Or maybe the ECU is flipping out due to the lack of AC and headlights?
I am going to be doing tracing tomorrow (Saturday), but thought it was
worth asking you lot if I have done something stupid.
Rebuild can be seen here (missing photos from the past week with all the
junk back in there)

Merry Christmas all
