Virus Heads Up

I got a very similar email to my list address, again only used for the
list. I also got one with the same virus that claimed to be a legal
notice that I had been caught stealing internet music and I would hear
from the FBI soon (oh yeah and that my computer had been wiped clean).
Of course the English was not very good, and why would I get an FBI
warning email from a German address. And how was I managing to read
this message if my computer had been "wiped clean"?
