That is kind of surprising.  Are you sure the Rotella T that you got is 
synthetic?  At that price I think it is just dino oil.  I've used the 
Sheel Rotella T and Mobil Delvac for over 15 years in most applications.
Even getting either by the 55 gal drum; it's not that cheap.

Better doublecheck
