car washes - under carriage wash

So far this winter, of the 3 or 4 car washes I've used
this winter, none of the establishments offering under
carriage wash for an extra $2 are actually wetting my
under carriage.

Is anybody noticing this too?

underneath my freshly washed 200Q20v and the chassis
is dry and salty on a fairly warm northeast day.
