**** Less time means that most of us have a "spare" audi on hand. One audi
is always ready for the road. Of course, I have a spare truck for the spare
audi . .just in case.

You mean some of us dont do this kind of work for the sheer thrill of it
all? You gotta be kidding, right?

Not sure if this will work on the Audi, but on the truck, I gingerly pulled
the fuel lines off the truck. Then I used the old lines as templates to bend
the new lines. It worked out pretty well.
If there are some crazy turns at the tubing ends, I would build the lines in
3 pieces with unions connecting the 3 pieces.
Pic of the Dodge fuel lines. The bottom line was painted with POR15 and
re-used.
