90 20v headlight relay location

But, there is no such animal.

Is the headlight bulb check unit in place?  Are both bulbs working?

Track the voltage - headlight 'on' switch - dip switch - fuse hot side - 
fuse load side - (I think the autocheck comes after the fuses) - 
autocheck socket/continuity - voltage at bulb sockets - bulbs good?
