Rear Antenna Resilvering

Getting not reception on 97 A4 sedan.  Checked the back glass and the top three wires (act as the AM/FM antenna).  Wires look good with none being broken.   Problem has been located to where they make the connection just behind the left C pillar.  Looks like it is chipped away on the glass such that the antenna is not making a good a connection to the antenna booster.
 
So, is there a way I can re-silver this?  Any ideas appreciated.
