Ya know, just because it's a VW/Audi product doesn't
mean that it's automatically the best thing since
sliced bread.

Alot of those emails he got that he commented on were
from people who just didn't get it.

As an aside, I was at my local VW/Audi dealer today to
get some tires taken off the rims.  I was chatting
with the mechanic while he was doing it and we started
talking about the coil pack failures.  He said they
frequently have 20 (!!) cars in at a time with this
problem.

Yeah, that's not a problem that needs to be addressed.
 Nothing like having your significant other stranded
on the side of the road late at night in crappy weather.
