urq brake line problem

All,
I'm attempting to replace my proportioning valve on my '85 urq. Naturally
in trying to remove one of the brake line connection one is frozen in place.
Using both a standard 11mm and flare nut wrench to loosen it has only
resulted in the rounding of the connection.
The vehicle has no brakes so I can't drive it to a shop. Wrenches are not
going to get it off and using some like vise grips will only make it worse.
Even if I can get it off with vise grips the fitting would be trashed.
So A) how do I get this thing off and B) how do a replace the fitting once
out? Of course it isn't one of the short lines to the master cylinder that
could be easily replaced. I guess tomorrow I'll have to call Didi to see if
these brake lines are still avaliable.
 CRUD MONKEYS!
Anton
