Stuck wheel bolt

Same happened to me a month ago. Broke all of my 17mm sockets, four
craftsman ratchets, and a breaker bar. Tried heating it, didn't work.
Tried hammering it, nothing. I took it down to the shop around the
block and they tried their impact tools. Nothing. The last thing was
to try a CRAFTSMAN breaker, with the I beam construction. I held the
brake as hard as I could and the bolt finally broke free. Slowwwwly.
The next day, I bought a Craftsman breaker bar.

1/2" impact wrench socket, 1/2" socket handle, and a long(4 feet or
so) piece of pipe. Don't bother with a normal socket- you'll break
it(been there, broke that) unless it's of very good quality.
If you strip the head of the bolt, weld the socket on- this was the
only way they got a lug nut off a student's car at a NEQ track event
when the student torqued the bolts RIGHT after coming off the
track(DOH!)
Tip- wear an ear plug on the ear closest to the pipe(yes, when it
finally breaks loose, it's LOUD).
