Decent price to have both shafts done?

I've known my one CV was dead for a while (popping) now the other one is beginning to pop lightly. Both boots are torn. The local muffler/suspension shop (Big Al's, I've had other good work done by them) can do both "whole shafts" for $292.50 for parts & labor. They are covered by a lifetime warranty. For the first year it is full parts and labor (including the boots), after that there is a $50 labor fee per side if they fail but parts are still 100% covered (including boots). Does this sound decent?
