Back in the Audi fold

Greetings. After an Audi-free existence for entirely too long, I've purchased
a 1995 Audi Sport 90 Quattro. Having driven it from Los Angeles back home to
Seattle over the weekend, I've had plenty of time to enjoy and appreciate the
car. However, there are a couple niggling issues, and I'm still waiting on my
Bentley (the manual, not the car).

1. Neither fog light works -- no light, the switch doesn't light up, nothing.
I replaced the fuse and it made no difference. Any suggestions for how I
might troubleshoot this?

2. The windshield washer doesn't work; it's full of fluid, and there's no
noise when you pull on the lever to activate it. Likely a dead pump?

3. Is there any way to tell whether the timing belt has been replaced? The
car has 85,000 miles, and I don't have the service records, so I'm paranoid
about the health of my timing belt.

Thank you in advance for your help.
