'93 V8

I haven't owned a V8, but I've known of a few personally...I think I'd be
scared of that car...seems like in the land of teh V8, "could be repaired
and driven" is code for "buy this car and $10,000 later yo'll have one you
coulda bought for $6000 whole.

Is this inaccurate? The subject is of interest cuz I've been saying for a
couple of years (and 2 cars) now that my next car would be a V8.

Thoughts?
