stripped, rusted, grimey screw removal

  Listers,

  Those of us owning type 44 turbos know that the
injector cooling shroud is a prized piece intact at a
scrap yard and for only $5.00 thats even better,
 but I have a slight problem I can't remove the 2
screws that attatch it to the fuel injectors, (the 2
on top were no problem) because they are rusted &
grimey,
 so I sprayed them with some lube and hammered a
phillips in there but I still stripped the screws. Is
there an easy way to get the screws out without
cracking the plastic holes that the screws go through?
