Hmm, the oil in the coolant can only mean one thing!
That headgasket's getting ready to go. By what you
describe, it seems like your lifting the head under
high boost, but that _should_ mean you blow the piss
out of the HG. Eventhough you can't hear it, that
black smoke could still be detonation, which could be
forcing some fluid past the seals in cetain events?
I'm curiouse to see what your rings look like when you
get your motor out. Mine were in pretty bad shape
when I took the first MC out. Your going to use some
non-stretch bolts or studs on that new motor right?

Still can't figure out why it will not rev though.
Maybe you've found another wonderfull function of the
CIS-III? I still would not rule out the ign coil.
Are you using an MC? I doubt it's fueling related
since you dyno'd the car and have it well dialed in.
I'd seriously grab a Saab APC for a knock light. Mine
saves my ass all the time, especially when I get bad
gas, and I'm not paying attention. I'm eventually
going to hook it up to run the boost so I can tune the
Haltech assuming my water injection will always be
working, then if for some reason it fails, it will
back the boost off if it starts to ping.

Anyways, enough about me, my vote is on the ignition,
get rid of that and I bet you'll be fine:) You know
these motors can run that kind of boost all day long!

Later,
