KBB was hardy heard of by anyone in the east until the internet came
along, reflecting notoriously high west coast prices. If their database comes
from a high priced area, it's going to read high than a database used more in
a low priced area. Edmunds on the otherhand was notriously low but at
least closer to reality in this part of the country. In the northeast, since
banks typically use the NADA book, we do too; since if we are out of line
wiith banks, we will be ouut of line with our customers.
Don't lose sight of the fact that the internet and "blue book" people
don't sell cars;they don't buy them either.
