list/site downtime

For a variety of reasons, the site's server is being relocated shortly.
Expect some downtime today and possibly over the weekend.

While expenses have been very low recently thanks to the bandwidth
donated by John at Rennlist, if this site is going to continue we need
to get some funds rolling.  The current server dates back to at least
1995, and hardware failure is inevitable, not to mention it's slow as
anything.

I am working on a sponsorship program for the site, but in the interim
anyone who cares to donate can do so using paypal to dans at audifans.com.
Some have suggested to me that the site provides much more value than a
subscription to Car & Driver or other magazines, and they would be glad
to pay $10-20 a year.  Well, if you've been thinking about it, now is
the time.

I don't want to do this, but another option is to make the marketplace
ads for-pay, but let's try this route first.

Since I work at a hosting company, I am trying to swing a deal here for
colocation space, but I will still need to replace the server.
